Poppy makes a trip to LCA!

On Wednesday, August 22nd Poppy the Raccoon came to see the students at LCA. WBKO partnered with Flora Templeton Stuart, to launch a leadership event with Poppy to recognize schools who empower students to lead, learn, excel and serve their community. LCA was one of the schools chosen and students were recognized for outstanding achievements.

Our students were very excited to meet Poppy and show him some of the things they have been working on in class.
